This book has long been overdue and might I take this opportunity of congratulating you on covering this subject so thoroughly. Gaye Blake Roberts, Director, The Wedgwood Museum, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent. I was quite staggard at the amount of research which you have put into the production of this book. Not only into the history of the Plant family but in the many patterns and shapes over the last hundred years. John H Plant, Great great grandson of Benjamin Plant, Technical Director of R S and S L Plant Ltd until 1970. Thank you for sending me the review copy of your new book on the Plant family. I will enjoy reading this good looking production. Geoffrey A Godden FRSA, author Encyclopaedia of British Pottery and Porcelain Marks
